CellBlock’s robust and reliable Safe Charge battery racks have been designed to meet US fire regulations and surpass safety standards expected by US fire marshals. Constructed from powder-coated steel and aluminium, each rack includes a steel partition between batteries. The innovative CellBlockEX deployment system releases fire suppression material upon detecting high temperatures, effectively stopping the spread of fire and protecting adjacent batteries
CellBlocks charging rack’s FireShield provides added protection while ensuring convenient access during operating hours. Made from CellBlock’s proprietary textiles, these covers have been rigorously tested at temperatures exceeding 1000ºC for 30 minutes.
